The goal of the Discovery phase is to understand your business, your past marketing efforts, your current marketing efforts and your future goals and aspirations.

Free of charge, this no-obligation meeting helps us to understand your business objectives and where you want to improve, so that we can show you what’s possible.

Phase two - Budget:

Once we’ve pinned down your overarching goals, we move into the Budgeting phase.

This is where we work out your target cost per lead and cost per acquisition, so that we can then devise the exact strategies needed to generate you new business, based on your budget criteria.

Phase three - Foundations:

After the budget is set, it’s important that we look at your foundations.

In this phase we’ll audit and review your messaging, website, social media, customer retention systems and customer advocacy systems. These 5 core areas are extremely important when it comes to building a strong foundation for your marketing.

Phase four - Strategy:

Finally, we move into the strategy phase, where we develop and execute bespoke strategies based on the previous phases.

We build out practical tasks and actions on our project management software, and track their progress, so we’re always transparent with what’s been done and what’s up next.

Phase five - Refine & Improve:

We’ll meet fortnightly to give you regular updates and feedback.

Over the next 90 days we will refine and improve, learning from the results to hone your marketing activity like a well-oiled machine.

We’ll build in quarterly reviews, to ensure we are still on course, set some new goals and go again!
